About Major Models
Major Models has established itself firmly as one of the new contemporary agencies, having quietly grown its
market presence since 1999 and positioning itself as one of the top ten worldwide agencies handling men and
women. Under the guidance of Owner/ President Guido Dolci the company has transitioned from boutique agency
to global innovator, expanding the core model management business to include talent and influencer
representation.
Major Models was founded in the late 1980's in Milan by entrepreneur and businessman Guido Dolci to service
the growing fashion scene throughout Europe, fueled in part by the re-emergence of couture. The runway and
editorial boards throughout the most prominent markets issued a demand for new talent and the modeling
industry has seen regular growth to this day. In 1999 Major Milan, working from a solid market presence
in Europe, established the Major Models brand in the New York market which further expanded Major into
a global agency.
Stewardship of the agency has navigated a calculated rise in the industry through diversification and strategic
partnerships, crossing into multimedia, television and film. The booking teams at Major Models are comprised of
top industry professionals with a keen eye for beauty and attention to detail. Client commitment to the agency
is due largely to the efforts and creative contributions made by the bookers and their representation of models,
working regularly with Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Polo Ralph Lauren, Gucci, Prada, Giorgio Armani, Givenchy, Marc Jacob, and shooting
with Steven Meisel, Mario Testino, Patrick Demarchelier, Bruce Weber and Steven Klein. The culture and art of fashion has always been embraced
by the agency and the editorial decisions made in order to build successful careers with models is paramount.
As part of a global network Major Models has offices in Paris and is able to place and develop
talent in all of the major markets worldwide.
